Training Inner Fitness Overview


We have developed a simple and methodical approach to enable the development of Inner Fitness in athletes and kids of any age or ability. The system is designed to bring maturity to an individuals self leadership.This promotes intrinsic motivation and avoids the pitfalls of reliance on external rewards.

Developing strength in the Inner Self is like getting the basics of any sports skill well drilled, performance then becomes an automatic response. There are no ‘silver bullets’ - Habits are formed through repetition. Strength must be built and maintained in our inner lives as atrophy occurs here just as it does in our physical bodies.
